Shadow Monarch, Yamato, Dragon Goddess, Escanor, Atomic, Abyssal Empress, and Ice Queen are the current S+ swords. Shadow Monarch and Yamato are top for raw DPS; True Aizen (S tier) is preferred for low cooldown.

How do I get True Aizen?

Upgrade the Aizen Sword with Chrysalis Sigils + Transmutation Shards dropped by Aizen boss on Soul Society. Full quest chain on the True Aizen detail page.

How do I get Shadow Monarch?
