Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Who runs this site?

SailorPieceWiki is an independent fan wiki for the Roblox game Sailor Piece. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the game’s developers. Think of us as fellow players trying to help the community. If you ever have questions or concerns about your privacy, just email us at contact@sailorpiececodes.online.

2. What information do we collect?

Good news: we don't ask you to create an account or give us your name, email, or anything personal. The only info we collect is anonymous usage data to help us improve the site.

  • Usage data – which pages you visit, how long you stay, what browser you're using, and roughly where you are (country/city). This comes from Google Analytics.
  • Device data – screen resolution, operating system, browser version. This just helps us make the site look right on your screen.

3. Cookies – what are they and why do we use them?

Cookies are tiny text files stored on your device. We use a couple of types to keep the site running and to show ads that help pay for hosting.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site – like which guides are most popular. The data is anonymous; we can't identify you personally. Google's own privacy policy applies (policies.google.com/privacy).

Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)

We show ads to help cover costs. Google and its partners may use cookies to show you ads that are more relevant to you. You can turn off personalized ads anytime via Google Ads Settings.

4. How do we use your information?

  • To see which pages are most helpful – so we can write better guides.
  • To improve site speed and fix bugs.
  • To show ads that keep the site free for everyone.
  • We never sell your data to anyone. Ever.

5. What about third‑party services?

We sometimes embed YouTube videos (from Google LLC) in our guides. Those embeds may set their own cookies – YouTube's privacy policy applies. We also link to other fan sites and news sources; those sites have their own privacy policies, so check them if you're concerned.

6. Your choices – how to opt out

7. Kids under 13

Sailor Piece is a Roblox game, and we know a lot of younger players use our wiki. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and think your child has shared personal info with us (like through a comment or email), just contact us and we'll delete it right away.

8. Will this policy change?

Sometimes we might update this page – for example, if we add a new tool or change how ads work. The "last updated" date at the top will always show when we made the latest change. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you're okay with the new policy.

9. Get in touch

If you have any questions about privacy, data, or anything else, just drop us a line at contact@sailorpiececodes.online. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
