First, obtain the Aizen Sword from the Aizen Trainer NPC in Hueco Mundo.
Farm Chrysalis Sigils from Quincy NPCs on Soul Society (used to summon the True Aizen boss).

Farm Transmutation Shards – higher drop chance from Quincy NPCs on Soul Society, lower chance from Hollows in Hueco Mundo – to reach 800 mastery.
Upgrade your Aizen Sword at the True Aizen Trainer / Mastery NPC on Soul Society.
